Had a great experience with Gina (Gena?) Wednesday, Dec 16th. Our water company called and said we had a bad leak - We checked all the normal things and thought it had to be in the yard so called Terry’s and talked to Gina who said she would come in an hour. She was there promptly and found we had an underfloor water heater in the new section of the house leaking. She sourced a new one, drove to get it and installed it in the dark and cold of the evening. She has a glowing personality and positive attitude and it was a great experience. Thank You.
