I went today for an ear problem. They got me in very quickly, I was actually surprised. The staff is amazing. Nikki the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. Melissa was the Nurse Practitioner that took care of me. She listened to my problem and knew exactly what I needed to do. If needed I will drive out of my way to come to this urgent care. I highly recommend them.

Came on a Saturday morning with Covid. Was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and professional. It was clearly displayed that they were a Veteran partner with Optum. This will now be my urgent care of choice when I'm in town.

The staff from the front desk to the nurse and Melissa the NP were very professional and polite. Tended to my needs and took the time to answer my questions and explained things. I would definitely recommend Complete Express Care.
