I came in with box dye (you already know that’s a situation ?), and somehow she worked absolute magic. She took her time, explained everything, and had the patience of a literal saint while fixing my hair. What she did was NOT easy, but she never rushed and made sure everything was done right.
On top of that, she makes you feel so comfortable in her chair, like you’ve known her forever. She talks to you like family, not just a client, and that alone makes the whole experience even better.
I walked out feeling like a completely new person—my hair looks healthy, beautiful, and exactly what I was hoping for (honestly even better). You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
