We had a great experience with Wilson Well company. From the start, they were quick to respond and very straightforward about what needed to be done. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing or upselling.

You can tell they take pride in their work and operate with integrity. They were hardworking, trustworthy, and communicated exactly what to expect, which gave us real peace of mind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that does what they say and stands behind it.

Highly recommend. NO need to call anyone else because they will take of everything!

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible after-hours service I received during a recent emergency. Despite not being an existing customer, I was met with immediate compassion, professionalism, and a true willingness to help. While many would have turned me away or passed the issue off until business hours, this team didn’t hesitate for a moment.

It’s rare to find service providers who prioritize people over protocol. They earned my trust, respect, and future business in just one visit. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!

Was having water pressure issues. Called Wilson Well and within 3 hours they had someone out on the cold rainy day, and issue repaired. We have 2 wells on our property both installed by them, in the last 10 years. This was just a bladder busted so wear and tear. Never had an issue with any other parts or the installation. I recommend this company.
