Smash Pest has always had great service techs coming to my residence. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Leah was a new highlight in the journey with Smash Pest. Great to interface with, bubbling with bug science anecdotes, and sharing common local pertinent info. She's a great addition to the already wonderful team. Their proof of results is found year round in the insects absence or dead ones on the grounds. Smash Pest is the obvious choice.
Both Ray and Stephen were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and kind when they came for a quote and service. The expectations for our appointments were met and proactively communicated well. We are very happy to have chosen them based on similar excellent reviews of a local small business!
As usual, professional and thorough. I have a spider issue and while Leah was here, she killed a brown recluse! Most of the spiders I see are dead and Leah explained that the barrier is working. I couldn’t figure out why I had so many dead spiders, now I know.
