Fantastic, efficient, helpful, and friendly! We found out a lock that we never use was broken. I called Empire Lock and Safe, and Justin was dispatched within a couple of hours. He was friendly and helpful, I also appreciate that he was transparent about the pricing. They are reasonably priced, too!
I needed an interior key for my son's bedroom and no stores seemed to carry them! I called Empire and the lady was so nice and told me they had one that I could have. When I came to pick it up there was a super nice man there and who told me if it didn't work to just let them know! It worked and with how nice they were I won't go to anyone else for any other needs we have! Thank you, Empire!
Earlier this week, I locked my keys, phone, and my pup in my vehicle. I was at the laundromat. It was 10 pm or later. I called WHPD. An officer came out. He made a call to Empire Lock & Safe. Justin from Empire was here within minutes and quickly had my door unlocked. Both the officer and Justin were truly a blessing. Very kind and helpful.
