Coates Construction built our home, we moved in January 2025! They made the building process super easy, always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. They use local companies for windows, flooring, interior paint, etc. and I love that! You don’t find that much anymore with new construction! Would highly recommend!

If you're in their area looking for a house, you owe it to yourself to check out what this company is building. This area is growing fast, but a lot of builders are putting out cookie cutter garbage homes. This company, in comparison, are putting out a much higher quality product for similar prices. There's too many touches to list that differentiate them, but if you take the time to examine their product vs the others, it becomes very obvious. On top of that, and because nothing is perfect, if there is an issue they're quick to respond and resolve it until you're satisfied.
