We drove 2 hours to visit this breeder before putting a deposit down on a pup. We wanted to view the facility to make sure we were not supporting an unethical backyard breeder. My wife and I cannot begin to express how impressed we were with this place. The owner is incredibly knowledgable about the breed and from the moment you walk in, you can tell how much he cares for every dog at this home. These dogs are truly his family members that he treats with the upmost respect and care. They have a cleaning crew that comes in every morning to clean and sanitize the facility and with the amount of dogs he has, we did not smell urine or feces or anything. I had the best experience with Tim and Hurricane Hills Dachshunds!! After my boyfriend got a puppy from him last year I couldn't wait to get my own. From the very beginning, he treate me like family and made the whole process feel so special. He sent regular photo updates, kept me in the loop the entire time, and continued to check in even after I brought my puppy home. You can truly tell how much he cares about his dogs and the families they go to. I couldn’t be happier!
