The GenKing crew was fantastic from start to finish. During the quote process, they took their time answering all of our questions and provided a very thorough estimate. On installation day, they were timely, respectful, efficient, and completed the job in just one day.
Dakota especially deserves a shoutout. He came out twice after the installation because our gas line hadn’t been connected yet. The first time, he realized the gas meter hadn’t even been installed, so he had to come back again once everything was ready. That level of follow-through and commitment didn’t go unnoticed.
