We had just gotten home from a christmas eve get together and I realized our furnace was not working. This is at almost 6:30 pm by the way. I left a message and they very quickly got back to me. After coming out he discovered our blower motor was no good. He had one on the truck and had us with heat again within hour and a half. He was extremely professional and polite. I'll call Randy's for any issues I ever have again! Thank yall!
One of the first nights we had freezing temp, woke up feeling COLD. Cked thermostat, dead. Replaced batteries, no luck getting heat to click on. Called 7am, here in 30 mins. Repaired within 1.5 hours. Wonderful doing business with them for the past 6 years. Randy's installed our HVAC unit, replaced duct work. I highly recommend this company.
Came same day as our unit initially went down and had both a brand new indoor and outdoor unit not only delivered but also installed and set up by early that same evening. Very friendly, quick paced, and well put together crew. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.
