I can't recommend JT enough. Being new to the area, I was worried about finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic and am so happy I was referred to Tri Cities Mobile Lube! JT has helped with oil changes, brakes, and other miscellaneous things on my car. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and can always get me on the schedule very quickly. The fact that he is a mobile service has also been super convenient!

Truly the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. Right from the start JT was fabulous. He was pleasant and very willing to help me out. I am from out of the area and needed rear breaks badly. He was able to source the materials very quickly, provided a fair quote and set up the service. Lane arrived pleasant and ready to do the work. The professional presentation was very reassuring that he had all he needed to successfully resolve the issue. Being this far from home, they truly made the best of a bad situation. Made me feel like the world revolved around me for the day. I HIGHLY recommend this team!!!! Superb job!Service: Brakes
