Jon took the lead coordinating everything—including communication with the insurance adjuster—and made what could have been a stressful situation feel straightforward and manageable.

Update (4/9/26): They handled another claim with the same level of precision following the recent ice storms. Two extremely large oak trees came down, one impacting a detached structure and causing damage. The cleanup and claim process were handled efficiently, with no out-of-pocket cost on my end.“

The tree was leaning towards my house and had several big limbs hanging over the roof. Common ground came in with the best bid and showed up when they said they would and got the tree down and cleaned up in about 2 hrs.
