I really can not say enough good things about ETLC. I am a relatively new Prevost owner and am still very much learning about my coach and how it operates. Josh was 100% from my first phone call to him. I was very impressed with their family atmosphere and welcoming attitude especially how they have plenty of parking with 50 amp service in a very safe gated location and allowing customers to stay overnight in their coach if desired. This allowed my fiancee and I to ask Josh questions and learn which I must say he ALWAYS made time for. I had an excellent experience with East Tennessee Luxury Coach. The team was professional, attentive, and fast. The service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest and stress-free shop. I will be taking my Wanderlodge back to them for future service and repairs.
Call Josh on Friday to make arrangements to arrive on Monday to have my wheel seals replaced. Josh had the gate open and the service bay was vacant within 15 minutes he had my bus on the lift. Within a couple hours I was fixed and ready to go down the road. The price was cheaper then what was price was quoted. Very professional and reasonably priced service.
