Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Phenomenal cuts of meats, perfect eggs, and the best beef tallow. Phillip is the man. He took the time to talk with me and even give me recipes and specifics on how to cook certain things. Happy customer :-)

We took our two hogs to be processed. They were completed and hamd and bacon were smoked in 2 weeks. Reasonable pricing and convient location are just a couple of reasons why we will be using them next year. Have already referred two people.
