I specifically asked for my hair to be bleached out other than my roots and got a botched up highlight job that was barely lighter than before and looked like it was grown out & I was charged $120. (My personal experience) on the plus side I was able to get a full refund.
Katie is the most phenomenal professional ever. My hair has always come out looking amazing and exactly as I request. She also always has an idea in mind if I want to change things up!
Katie did an awesome job with my hair. I showed her a few pictures and she gave me more than I wanted. She was able to put really defining low lights and highlights into my hair. Never had so many compliments before. Plus she has good prices! Also Katie is very friendly and a pleasant person. Won't be going anywhere else!
