Our family also were in the meat business. We stopped processing pork in 1969 and expanded beef processing selling mainly carcus beef. I have looked for years for a sausage with sage like our family produced. I found Williams sausage and it fit the bill. I drive to Kentucky to buy it because it is so delicious and lean. Thanks for making a great tasting quality product.

Every single tube of Williams Hot Breakfast sausage ive purchased in the last 4 months has been awful! It smells like decomposition. I will never purchase another tube of Williams Hot Sausage ever again!!

I opened a box of the hot patties today and found 2 of patties are only about 1/16 inch thick. I switched from other patties because of shrinkage to williams but I am wondering if I should have. Very disappointing.
