Walmart Vision & Glasses provides a nice and friendly experience with fantastic prices. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, often going above and beyond. They take time to explain prescriptions, help choose suitable frames from a large selection, and detail care and warranty information. The process is efficient, with glasses ready quickly. While most of the experience is positive, it is recommended to bring cash for payment instead of relying solely on card transactions. Many customers report great experiences and state they will never go anywhere else, citing excellent value compared to other providers.
Had a great experience at my appointment. Danielle, Riley and Leanna are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. They have just started the television appointments and made the whole process a breeze.
I'm so grateful for my Walmart Vision's Danielle and her knowledge of eyewear. I have several vision problems and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure my eyes get what they need to see the best I can. I'm on my third pair with Danielle's help. She takes the time to look over my crazy Rx and helps me pick frames that will work best for my vision challenges. She explains how to care for new glasses and the warranty. Fantastic prices!! Very nice and helpful optometrist! I will never go anywhere else. I got 2 pair of no line bifocals, for less than one pair of glasses at Dr. Buggs in Union City Tn. I got a pair of no line bifocal sunglasses and a regular clear no line bifocal glasses and I didn't have to pay any out of pocket costs, whereas I was having to pay out of pocket for only one pair of glasses at Dr. Buggs and I had $600.00 on my insurance for glasses, but after they calculated the cost of the lens alone, I only had $159.00 left out of the $600.00 to go towards a pair of frames and they showed me 2 single rows of frames that I could choose from so I left because they were...read full review
