My mom and step-dad had a 15/16 year old shih tzu, her health took a turn for the worse and she had to be put down. My parents were short on cash at first and did not get paid for another two days. Out of all the clinics my mom called, Reelfoot was the first one that went out of their way to help. Two days later the bill got paid and the dog is out of pain and resting peacefully in a grave at my house. Thank y'all so much for helping my parents. I got 3 dogs of my own and if they ever need anything, I'll come to y'all first.
We used their doggy daycare service while we were camping at a nearby campground. They were wonderful, caring, and welcoming. The service served its purpose, our dog had a place to run out some energy while socializing with other dogs. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend.
Our baby was sick. We called got an appointment the same day. Dr. Hooks was so friendly and helpful. They did a fecal sample and the way it was done our dog didn't even notice. Our dog usually doesn't like strangers but he really liked Dr. Hook. He was wonderful with our baby. So happy with the services we received.
