As a woman in her 30s I have never had an actual PCP. New to Union City, I decided to start looking for someone to see and I’m so glad I found Premier. I see Rita Coon she has to be one of the nicest people and best NPs. She listens to your concerns and never makes you feel uncomfortable or bad about anything. She has definitely helped me get over my fear of doctors. Even if I move out of the area I will still travel to see her, she’s amazing.

We never brag enough about the good experiences we have, so I’m going to make a point to. For those that don’t know Lil has been one sick kiddo. Like can’t get over something before she gets something else. She’s had a high fever and lethargic since Tuesday. I took her to our provider, Premier Primary Care, and in the last 4 days they have been amazing! From the front desk, the nurses who talked me away from googling things and scaring myself crazy, to the providers who went out of their way, on a Friday to make sure we had lab results today before the weekend. We are in the area volunteering at Reelfoot national wildlife refuge for 9 months and I needed some help with my allergies and other medical issues so I went on line to find a good health provider. Well God sent us to just the right place. Dr Shannon is the best! She was thorough and knows her business. A delight to talk with on top of everything else.Everyone in the building had a smile and made my experience a nice one. Thank you to all
