I started back using Merle Norman products a few months ago when I bought just the basics I used years ago. For Christmas I received a gift set of products I had never used. Our representative in Union City is very nice and helpful. She demonstrated and gave me a list telling how to use everything plus I bought some makeup and received a little box of samples! I have been pleased with the products and like having a regular skincare routine.

Amazing! Leah provided a warm greeting upon store entrance, provided quality customer service, and was knowledgeable in all skincare / makeup products. Excellent experience all around! I highly recommend.
