My experience started as an internet inquiry on a 2024 Chevy Trax. Jordan Winstead was the internet sales manager. I have to say that I have dealt with an insane number of auto sales people in my life but Jordan was the BEST ever! He was extremely professional yet personable. I felt like I knew him my entire life. He made my purchase painless and held my hand every step of the way. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle Jordan is the go to person. All of the staff at Herman Jenkins was top notch!
I would first like to commend Jorden Winstead for all the help he gave me, from the phone call I made asking for a quote to driving my Durango off the lot. These are great people to work with. Lynn (General Manager), Randy(New Car Manager) and Jordan(Sales Consultant) made me feel like I had been part of the Herman Jenkins family for years even though my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali was my first purchase. They don't believe in the word can't. They were determined to do whatever it took to make a deal.
