A very kind and very special young man assisted my husband and I. We were looking for a particular automobile. Jordan did his best to sell us the one that I was wanting. We were $3000.00 apart. When the sales manager came in; we couldn't get him to work with us! Jordan has an exemplary attitude and a great person to do business with! If anyone would ask, Terry and I loved him! It took the representative in the service department there at Herman Jenkins seconds just as she said it would to take care of my situation. WOW! That's exactly what I said when she finished with my vehicle. I hardly got a chance to sit down in the waiting area and she brought my car around. That's Great. Service, Great dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Herman Jenkins from out of state and it was the easiest process due to their communication. I worked with a salesman Brandon Nelson, and he is definitely one of the most caring and nicest salesman I have ever worked with. It took several weeks for the car to arrive and he was keeping me posted, answering my question and keeping me informed. It was the best car purchase transaction, for someone living over 300 miles away, you couldn't asked for a salesman or dealership to do more.
