Sam is very knowledgeable. took care of my laptop issue on Thanksgiving day of all things. Wasn't good news on my laptop but honest and inciteful. Sam has led me in the right direction for a replacement unit on features that are reliable. He didn't try to sell me his stuff so I was at ease with his honest take on the situation.
