My experience with the cell phone guy has been above and beyond! My phone’s back glass shattered which he was able to fix at a very reasonable price, it was a busy day for him but it only took about 1 hour or so. Afterwards I paid, left, and right before I left I tried ti turn the volume up and the button would not work! I took it back inside and explained and he immediately took it and inspected that a cable was damaged in the unit he installed. With the warranty he has he was able to order be a new one, AND I got to change my phone color to the Green color which I was totally satisfied with! He took care of it very fast and that was that until just this week when I dropped my phone and the camera would not function properly! I reached out to him and he said he would take a look at it, which he did, and fixed since it was a simple connection that came loose, and he still didn’t charge me! I’m very glad he has a tip jar, because businesses like this that support their customers and care about them deserve the extra tip! I’ll be coming back for all my phone and computer repairs. 15/10 STARS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I just got my iPhone 14 selfie camera unfogged after having only blurry photos of hen I took selfies. The cellphone guy was fast and was able to clean the inside screen so that now my pictures are all clear! Thank you very much for your inexpensive and efficient service. I’ll for sure be using you again.
