I took advantage of a flyer that I received in the mail advertising a special on their pre-summer seasonal service. While here I asked about a programmable thermostat. I had him install it and he did a great job. He was so courteous. Even though we didn't ask (and are not freaky about it) he took his boots off before coming in the house. He was knowledgeable, carefully installed the new T-Stat, programmed it to our specifications, and cleaned up after. He completed servicing the unit and thanked us. Having worked in the industry, these folks were punctual, knowledgeable, fair-priced, professional, and provided a great value. Would highly recommend.
Stroops installed our new heat pump with gas heat. Rich explained the details. Stroops had an additional year of warranty coverage others did not. They installed early to fit our schedule. When it was time for installation, we were so lucky to get Michael Blackburn and Carlos for our installers. Michael was so professional and courteous. He has been installing and working on air conditioners with Stroops for the past seven years. Carlos was very attentive and helpful.
Brand new construction, and I’ve just placed my 5th emergency call. 3600 square feet of home that Stroops can’t effectively service. We woke up one morning with water dripping from the ceiling thru the light fixture due to a failed pump in the drip pan upstairs. One call was a bad switch they claimed. We have lived here 1 month, 5 calls, and still problems. The photos show the errors we keep getting.
