Had them quote and install a durastar mini split system. Install was actually two compressors and heads - one for downstairs and upstairs in my barndo/shop. The communication and install was flawless. Took the 4 person crew six hours to install both units. Units were heating well with outside temps in the 30s. Shop has 4 inches of open cell foam and was holding 68F.
I filled out the online request for service at 10pm and by 7:45am I had received a response. The office staff was very professional and got me scheduled for 9:30 same day. William and Trey arrived early and by 10:45 they had removed the old water heater, installed the new one, purge the water lines, hauled away the old heater and cleaned up. Both we extremely efficient and professional. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased will my experience and will definitely use Rosvoe Brown - Tullahoma again for my plumbing needs.
William with the Tullahoma office was a life saver for my home. Water pipe broke right at the meter in the front yard and he was able to get right on it even with horrible weather. He did amazing work, as Roscoe Brown of Tullahoma always does for us. 11/10 will recommend. Quality friendly service.
