I had a leaking pipe at our house on Tims Ford like this weekend. We were not there, but I calledRoscoe Brown and they had someone out immediately to take care of the issue. Our technician, William Gragg quickly identified the problem and had the leak fixed before we incurred any significant damage. William was knowledgeable and efficient, and I highly recommend Roscoe Brown for any plumbing or HVAC needs that you might have. They’ve always been a great service to us.
William did a really good installation of our new kitchen faucet. He was able to remove the old one cleanly from the marble counter, with no damage, and the new one works perfectly and looks great. On time, first thing in the morning and very knowledgeable.
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Service at the Tullahoma location of Roscoe Brown Plumbing!!!!! Kristopher Clark AND William Gragg were literally the best plumbers we’ve ever had. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and went over the top to make sure our issue was taken care of immediately.
