Based on customer reviews, Pool & Spa Depot is a family-owned company that is passionate about transforming outdoor spaces. The staff, including Derrick, Jaylynn, Zac, and Gabrial, are extremely helpful and welcoming. Derrick walked customers through all details of the pool installation and helped find solutions for new installs. Jaylynn thoroughly explained pool chemistry without overcomplicating it, helping a customer get their green pool clear and clean. Zac is always very welcoming, and the store has a really good selection of pools, spas, and saunas. Gabrial was awesome and very patient as customers went through the pros and cons of different pools. The team has an immense amount of knowledge and experience, and their customer service is top notch. They also do events for the community.
Boog and Jaulax were great when they delivered our hot tub. They were both very courteous and took the time to answer our questions.
Gabe was a great salesman and answered our questions.
The customer service at the Tullahoma branch was less than desired. I did not appreciate how I was talked to. Customers should always be respected!
Victoria did an excellent job cleaning our cabin’s hot tub. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable on products and cleaning materials! She provided excellent service and education for us on future cleanings.

We were looking for an effective way to clean the 10' diameter pool. Your employees were most helpful, especially Elijah!! He helped us try different remedies for the algae problem, including a small hand guided vacuum. We are most appreciative for his thorough help...and finding answers when they were not apparent. We would highly recommend this fine, local business!!”
