The staff, including Derrick, Jaylynn, Zac, and Gabrial, are extremely helpful and welcoming. Derrick walked customers through all details of the pool installation and helped find solutions for new installs. Jaylynn thoroughly explained pool chemistry without overcomplicating it, helping a customer get their green pool clear and clean. Zac is always very welcoming, and the store has a really good selection of pools, spas, and saunas. Gabrial was awesome and very patient as customers went through the pros and cons of different pools. The team has an immense amount of knowledge and experience, and their customer service is top notch. They also do events for the community.

We were looking for an effective way to clean the 10' diameter pool. Your employees were most helpful, especially Elijah!! Came in for my pool i have been fighting for months with it being green. Brought in a water sample and got some chemicals with Jaylynn. She thoroughly explained everything without over complicating it, and i have never understood pool chemistry better. My pool is now clear and clean! Will definitely be coming back to do buisness with her through the summer!
Zac is always very welcoming when I come into the store. They have a really good selection of pools, Spas and saunas. I thought it was really cool that they are doing events for the community. When I can afford a spa I know where I will be going :)
