Called Palmer’s yesterday and they had a technician (Jacob) here this morning! Jacob was so kind and thoroughly explained the issue before fixing it! He even provided possible next steps and things to look out for in the future. It was my first time using Palmer’s and will absolutely call on them again if needed in the future! I called about the heat on my unit not working. Ragan got in touch with me. Set up a time to look at the unit. Diagnosed the issue. He explained what it was & worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Very courteous & knowledgeable. Highly recommend Palmer.

Palmers is great!! We have mini-split units in our house and we had to have a service/cleaning and Raygan had came to the house and totally cleaned our units and it was great!

My AC went out. Called Palmer’s the next morning. They sent guys out here same day! They fixed me up! They were courteous, knowledgeable, & answered all my questions. Palmer’s is the only company I will call for future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Our heat went out during the night. I called Palmer first thing the next morning. They came out quickly, They assessed the unit and found that I needed a new motor. They did something to make the heat start working again to hold us over until until the part arrived. They also informed me if the heat went out again, before the arrival of the part, they would come out and get it started again. They installed the part and my heat is fixed. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate their quickness and affordable pricing. I would highly recommend.
