Highly recommended. Matt came out within a day, and inspected my roof for storm damage. He felt that it would be covered under my insurance, after one of his competitors in Tullahoma came out and told me that there wasn't enough damage to be covered.
As far as the work goes, I could not recommend them more! They had my old roof pulled off and the new installed, in around 7 hours. They did an especially good job around possible future problem areas like the chimney and roof vents. They also did a fantastic clean up and actually blew of all the leaves from my driveway and landscaping, at the end of peak leaf fall season.
We're very happy with the service we received! We had some minor wind damage and needed some flashing repaired. They communicated well by keeping us updated on when they would be arriving. Everything was finished in a timely manner, and it was a job well done!
Wonderful experience. Matt came out within a few hours of our call. He was thorough with his inspection of a leak issue we were having and and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would say he went out of his way to give amazing customer service. Through the process he answered every call and text immediately, and kept us updated. They completed the work when they said they would and did a great job. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
