Great experience and a quick sale. While I was on a fish trip in Florida, I contacted Angel to sell my property. Over the phone and with e-mail she set up the contract and the asking price. She was very friendly, easy to work with and made me feel like I had known her for years. I wasn't expecting quick results with interest rates so high but within a couple of weeks she had three offers for me. She kept me updated on the status of the sale and we closed within a month. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the service I received.

Fantastic realtor. Angel is such a sweet and special person and with the best personality, determination and knowledge for real estate! I gave her 3 lots to sell, told her to do what she knew was best with them and tell me where to sign at the end of it all. 1 down, 2 to go and will continue with her as my realtor!

Dedicated. Shannon is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and understanding. She knows the market well and is very responsive. She digs deep into each property by pulling surveys, perc tests, title information, and property line maps if available on the property of interest. She’s great!!! Thanks to Shannon… I’m blessed to see this gorgeous view every evening on my deck with some tea.
