I’ve been a customer of Raymond Caylor Heating & Cooling for many years. After the ice storm we had over the weekend my heat pump wasn’t defrosting. I called them and told them of the problem and their technician was here in about 3 hours. He spent 30 to 45 minutes outside in 17 degree weather and fixed the problem. This is the kind of service they have always provided me. I highly recommend their business if you ever have a heating or cooling issue. Thanks to all their employees!
Raymond came to our home in Jonesville,VA on Monday and sent his crew out on Tuesday. They removed our old units and replaced them with a new Trane system. They had all the work done in less than 7 hours and removed everything from the old unit. Very professional. Highly recommend this business.. will do business with them when our unit needs inspecting and serviced.
My AC stopped working midday on a very hot Saturday. Most of the repair shops I called were either closed or said they couldn't get to my repair that day. However, after calling Raymond Caylor, the repairman showed up 2 hours later. The repair was accomplished within a few minutes by a very courteous and friendly repairman. Often the bill does not reflect the amount of work required for a repair, but just knowing what to do to accomplish the task. If I have any future problems with my AC, I'll be calling Raymond Caylor.
