“Mak does a phenomenal job here, you would never know she’s an apprentice! Between her natural talent for tattooing and piercing along with her sweet kind soul, she really is a shining light at this place. My tattoo came out absolutely beautiful. She pierced my nose with such finesse and ease it was incredibly impressive—took 3 minutes tops. I’ve been coming here off and on for many years; with that, I can say that no one has ever been as thoughtful, meticulous, and caring about their craft. I have had good experiences here, but this was easily the best. I will say the only thing I didn’t love was the attitude/vibe of the other guy working. He didn’t acknowledge us and honestly seemed hostile towards our artist. It was pretty unprofessional. That being said, Mak is without a doubt the one to see here at Self Made.”
