The employee was nice and greeted me when I walked in. She looked up my dogs and made sure what heartworm medicine I usually bought. Took care of my money transaction and told me to have a good day.

I had previously used another clinic that was closer to hope for my pets. I wanted to switch to SVC after hearing how great they were. I first took my GR puppy in for his neuter and we had a great experience with that.Months later I brought my almost 13 year old diabetic cat in because he was acting very out of character and not doing well. The receptionist were very kind and we had a short wait time. The techs were in promptly and the doctor was in very quickly after being assessed by the tech. Dr. Lauren was phenomenal in checking him over, running some tests, and giving us a treatment plan. I LOVE DR LISA OGLE. SHE AND HER STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL TO OUR LITTLE CHIHUAHUA SNICKERS SINCE SHE WAS A WEEK OLD.SHE HAS SAVED HER LIFE SEVERAL TIMES AND WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR HER. SHES A GREAT VET AND PERSON. ALWAYS TREATS US RIGHT AND OUR FUR BABY THANK U DR OGLE AND STAFF .GOD BLESS
