Just moved to TN, and they are near where I work. Called to make an appointment, they had me in the next day at 8am! That was fast! They sent me all the forms to fill out to my cell phone, so everything was complete when I arrived. I waited no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and was sown in. Had x-rays, teeth checked, cleaned, and looked at by the Dentist. I had come in because I thought I had a cavity, and I knew I had a bad crown. (Told so by last dentist) After looking at my teeth, the Dentist said there are some inclusions, but not to worry about it until it needs to be done. I was very nervous about the procedure. The staff took extra time to explain step by step and what to expect with each step. They also explained other options, pros and cons of each. The cost was broken down into steps so I understood all my insurance and out of pocket cost. I highly recommend this facility.

Diana is absolutely phenomenal! She made the process easy and comfortable for my daughter. She assisted with any/all my questions. Very kind, professional super friendly. The front desk ladies also were so nice and professional. Excellent experience highly recommend! Edit: Holly at the front desk is a SUPER LADY very kind, professional and very helpful ❣️ She's Perfect at her job!
