I worked with Nicole on my mother's service recently. The cemetery looks better than it has in all my years visiting there, and she is so incredibly sweet and compassionate. She took care of all of my needs. Even though shipping has been slowed down due to COVID, she kept me posted every step of the way. I've done business in that office so many times and before Nicole, I dreaded going in. There was a mean old lady who worked in the back who was rude every single time, even if I only had a question, she acted like it was stupid when I had no other way of knowing but to ask. And other people that worked up front before never had the answers, and always acted like you were interrupting their facebook or phone time by walking in and simply asking them to do their job. But with Nicole, even though I walked in as she was eating her lunch, she didn't make me feel as if I were inconveniencing her and she even spent an hour talking with me going over things as her lunch sat there getting cold. She was so easy to talk to and she even sent me a card at Christmas, and that was the first time ANYONE from there ever went beyond what they had to - or to be frank, did anything at all. I am so glad the new people are there. If you've had trouble in the past there, those people are gone, and GOOD RIDDANCE JERKS! Don't need to be in a job like that if you have no compassion for grieving families! Thank you for getting rid of those people and getting better staff that goes the extra mile!!!
