I brought Cupcake, my sweet 16 year old cat, here to schedule his cremation after he passed. Christine at the front desk was incredibly helpful and compassionate during the process. I made the decision to change the cremation service company, so I called and spoke to Christine again the next day. She made the whole process easy, issued me my refund, and just generally put up with all my anxious, scatter-brained, grief-ridden energy. I don’t know if I’ll ever have another cat since no one can replace my little guy, but I know that if I do I will bring them here.

Had to do emergency surgery on my baby Wiggles. Saved her life. Doc even called on his day off to check on her. This place actually cares about animals. She has all her spunk back, and is like a new puppers.
