ABSOLUTELY! They spent several hours tracking down the problem I was having with my heat. These problems were the result of the work done by a different company. Additionally they called to check if the heat was still working on one of the coldest days we’ve had so far.
These guys are fantastic. I’m very thankful for them, our house was 88 degrees when they came out to “repair” our AC unit. After discovering we needed to replace our unit (I assumed that was coming) they installed it the same day. They were at my house until 9pm making sure we would sleep comfortably that night. They didn’t give me the run around and have me sink tons of money into a dying unit, they were upfront and honest. Will definitely be using them for any heating and cooling needs from here on out.
