I was in need of some work around my home and had to google to find Edward's number. I have used them several times in the past, but had lost the phone number (new phone on my end and lost contacts). I happened to see the negative review, and was appalled. This is NOT the Alan Yates that roofed my house, installed gutters on my house, roofed my daughters house, and installed a roof and gutters for my father in law. There has to be much more to the story.Alan Yates and the entire Edwards crew have been the EPITOME of CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY. My professional working with them have exceeded 20 years, and never have I heard a bad word from anyone. Nothing but praise.... read full review

Allan with Edwards roofing did a great job on the repairs of my house. They replaced the roof, installed new gutters and replace 22 windows. Outstanding quality work!Services: Gutter installation

When I bought my house in 2020, the sellers had Edwards Roofing replace the roof. Because the sellers main concern was to make the sale and get out, mistakes were made on some of the decisions concerning how the job was done. I was able to get in touch with Allen Yates, and he sent someone out to fix the errors, not once, not twice, but three times to get it right. Of course, this process took a little time and patience to get completed, but Edwards Roofing will honor the job and do you right as a customer if you stick with them and be reasonable.
