When we selected Jordan and his team at Axis, we not only got a contractor, we got a family. Recently, our heat unit upstairs stopped working on the night before our daughter’s first birthday. Our house was full of out of town guests, so we reached out to Jordan for advice. He had someone at our house first thing in the morning who found the problem (a manufacturer issue) and repaired it so our Axis built house would be perfect for our daughter’s party. This is just one of many ways Jordan’s team has treated us like family. We will always recommend Axis to our family and friends.

Just wanted to take a sec and thank Axis Construction LLC for their continued service to our family...even after 3 years! We had an issue caused by a mfg defect in our hot water heater (yes, it was a covid-era heater) and Axis stepped up without question and blew my expectations out of the water! Even though I dropped the ball and didn't register the heater, they were still able to coerce the mfg into sending a BRAND NEW unit and it was installed and back up within 24 hrs of it going out! Paramount service! If we ever build again, no reason to go anywhere else!!
