I had a great first experience here! I believe it was Staci who was beyond patient with me while I took my time shopping for glasses. She even stayed past her shift to ensure she assisted me through the entire process which she certainly didn't have to do, but she chose to do anyway. She was extremely helpful, but not at all overbearing while I shopped. She was very personable and answered all of my questions.When I came back to pick up my glasses (which came in less than a week, sooner than expected!) the gentleman there was so helpful and very much invested in how my glasses looked, how well they fit and how I felt about them. Great prices, costumer service is great, just need more people working after 4 pm during the week. I had three children getting glasses and so many people needed help so I was taking up all of his time.
