I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but PLEASE do not go to this place for lip filler. I picked this location because it was close to my house and my normal place is over an hour away. The injector had zero bedside manner. I tried telling him what I liked and didn't. He did not care to hear what I had to say. When I told him I want to look natural and that my husband doesn't think I need filler he proceeded to say "well if your husband doesn't like the results then I don't know what to tell you."I also was not numbed. I once attempted to make an appointment here and was told that the nurse was going to be out of town and I would need to choose a different day. After rescheduling I received numerous text messages confirming this appointment. I arrived early, it being my first time and assuming there would be paperwork. The door bell that goes off when you enter the door is obnoxious, there's no way someone could say they were unaware of your arrival. I waited for my appointment and 15 minutes beyond; I was never greeted, no one ever came out to let me know they'd be with me shortly, I never even saw a human being during my time there. I don't mind waiting, but customers who are going to spend money should at least be greeted/acknowledged. I will not try a third time

Doc and his staff are wonderful! They spent a lot of time with us and made sure we received the best treatment. Scheduled a follow up for after pictures and I absolutely can not wait, I already see a tremendous difference.
