My husband called and talked to one of the owners, we needed a small area of ceiling drywall replaced. The owner gave us a quote, we thought the price was great, asked when they could start and didn't receive a response. Sent a second text the next day saying we would like to use their services and asked when they could start. No response. I don't know if it's because it was a smaller job, but we found it rather unprofessional not to respond to a potential customer. We were actually looking to have them do some other work around our house if the first job went well, but we will take our business elsewhere.
