John Maher builders is best in class. Katie Tomberlin was our amazing JMB agent and was there for us every step of the way. She went well above and beyond to make our experience perfect.Eddie provided a very thorough and informative walkthrough taking time to explain all the features of the home and best practices for maintenance.We love our new house with so many upgrades that come standard. I can’t imagine ever going to a cookie cutter mass produced home ever again after this amazing experience.

We moved here from Michigan, and one of the first places we discovered was the Wade's Grove community, built by John Maher Bldrs. After looking at countless other options all over Franklin and Spring Hill, we came back to them and bought our new Deerfield home. We couldn't be any more happy! The craftsmanship is exquisite, attention to detail is unbelievable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, with not reservation! Van Woody continues to be a source of information and contacts as we become full-fledged Tennesseans.
