Seen a lot of poor reviews that are attributed to various parking violations. While having your car towed for a parking violation is an angering process, it is not the fault of Holt's Towing for simply fulfilling what they have been contracted to do.I worked with the owner and one of his drivers, and they have been nothing but professional and courteous.When emotions are taken out of the situation, Holt's does their job and they do it well.

5 stars plus⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Called this morning to get a tow to Benton Nissan. The driver called me back in 2 mins and had me go out to my car to show me how to start it. I had flooded my engine and he told me how to fix it. Stayed on the phone with me until My vehicle started. Saved me money and above all time I can’t get back. Highly recommend this company, much more than just a tow service. This is what excellent customer service is and in this day and age, we don’t experience this often. Thank you Holt’s Towing!
