We have used GBT Heating & Air for the past 6 years. They have replaced a unit for us, as well as worked on our 2nd unit several times. They are communicative, friendly, professional and thorough, and their prices are fair. We do want to give a special shoutout to James who has serviced us more than once. Today, he and his technician were able to patiently isolate an issue ( during a storm!) that otherwise would have been missed, had they not been patient and thorough. Thank you to the GBT family for making our home cool again! We would definitely recommend them and will use them for future HVAC needs.
