My 6yo son just loves going to Family First and I love it too! His confidence has grown and I love that he's more disciplined and respectful. Martial arts are so good for teaching kids this, and Family First goes above and beyond just teaching fundamentals, it's such a fun environment too!

We are absolutely thrilled that we found this place! Our son (5yrs) LOVES it! He has so much fun and learns life long skills that are priceless. Skills like, controlling our body, respect, and patience. He's a typical boy so controlling his body and having patience is definitely a daily challenge. But Family First has really helped improve that. I asked him to do something the other day and he responded, "yes, ma'am." I almost hit the floor. The entire team here is wonderful and dedicated to the kids. Worth every penny!!

We have had our son enrolled in karate and jiu-jitsu for about 2 months. We love FFMA of Spring Hill. The staff are amazing and take the time to get to know each student. They work hard throughout practice and celebrate each others accomplishments as a team at the end. Our son loves to go; is progressing beautifully and has learned more about good work ethics and respect. We wouldn't go anywhere else!! Highly recommend.

We offer a progressive martial arts training experience with an innovative and exciting curriculum. It's more than kicking and punching: we train students in leadership, bully prevention, acts of kindness, diabetes awareness, community projects and more. At Family First Martial Arts, you can learn multiple martial arts styles including Muay Thai boxing, Goju Shorei, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and Weapons training.
