Dr. Michalak, in particular, is praised for her exceptional care, diagnosing rare conditions that others may have missed. Parents feel heard and appreciated by the staff, which includes nurses and the front desk receptionist, Miss Gail. Recently, parents have shared positive experiences with other providers, such as nurse practitioner Lori Duncan, who provided excellent care for children and created a friendly environment. The staff's professionalism and the providers' willingness to answer questions have earned high recommendations. Overall, the clinic maintains a reputation for caring, attentive service for children's health needs.
This is my 4th time here and each time I had to wait for almost an hour before doctor could check my child. If I take a break from work for an hour, that’s not sufficient . I didn’t had this problem at other pediatric clinic but that clinic was far away from house and I chose to move to Columbia pediatrics which is close to my house to save time , but no improvement.
Nothing short of exceptional! You are welcomed warmly by reception and treated kindly throughout your entire visit! My 2 children met Dr. Wheeler, who is an amazing doctor with a perfect personality for pediatrics (both kind and sweet with the children while respectful and reassuring for us parents). I feel most of the negative reviews here are regarding a doctor who no longer appears to practice at this office (isn’t on their list of providers when you go on their website). They certainly deserve 5 stars! You are treated like a human, and not a number here.
I have three boys ages 1yr, 5yrs, and 7yrs. We have been seeing Dr. Michalak for 7 yrs now at the Spring Hill location. Everyone there is always fantastic with my boys. Especially nurse Shanna, the way she is so kind and patient makes my boys feel safe at the doctors. We truly appreciate this team !
