Specs In the City is a very nice place with very nice people. The whole staff is sweet, kind, helpful, and an absolute joy. The service is great, very thorough, and very informative and patient. They are wonderful with customer service, including for children, taking time to explain each step to ensure comfort and even fun. Glasses have a fast return, and customers are very pleased with them. New and existing customers are glad to have switched and plan to return.
We love Specs in the City! They're kind, courteous, professional, and give you all the time you need. Plus, they have a great selection of glasses. We're very satisfied with them.
i went here for the first time this week, and the whole staff was so sweet! i am glad i switched from harriman eye center to here!
My son went to spec's in the city he came out with his glasses and he is very pleased with them this is were I will be going for my upcoming visit for eye glasses very nice people very nice place
