She is gentle with her clients which is much appreciated since I have thick & curly hair. All of the products Annie Laura used in my hair smell amazing, and I had a great experience getting my hair cut & washed. When it was time for my shampoo, I was happy when I realized the sinks have head support which prevents any neck pain.
