Jason Price was outstanding as our agent. Wanting to purchase property in TN, when we are living in MI, isn't an easy task. Jason showed us many properties over the 6 or so times we came down. Explaining the area and pros and cons of each property. He was extremely helpful, kept us informed through phone calls, text messages, and emails. My wife and I recently retired and had been thinking about where we wanted to retire. We grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but spent the last 14 years in Saint Paul Minnesota. Now it was time to move back to a region of more tolerable weather such as what we had grown up with.We could have moved back to California but we wanted to maximize our retirement dollars.
